With a history of contributing to Class A, higher education, hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use projects, Marc thrives in collaborative settings, emphasizing clear communication and consistently exceeding expectations. Working alongside like-minded professionals, Marc finds joy in creatively solving the complexities of projects, drawing from his proven insights and experiences.

Mr. Beyer’s expertise spans the entitlement phases, tree inventory, and navigating municipality approval and permitting processes bringing a high level of accountability, professionalism, rigor, and discipline to every project. Effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including municipal agencies, owners, designers, and consultants, Marc delivers documentation that meets schedule milestones and budget objectives.

Having served as AZASLA Chapter President, Marc is dedicated to giving back to the community where is currently contributes as a design juror for his alma mater Arizona State University, fostering the next generation of landscape architects.
