The César E. Chávez Leadership Institute (CCLI) is a residential summer program designed for Arizona high school students entering their junior and senior year. The program continues throughout the academic year with events aimed at fostering personal growth, academic success, and community engagement.
CCLI is committed to improving access to higher education by emphasizing servant leadership development, civic engagement, and the importance of completing high school, attending college, and exploring opportunities at Arizona State University. The program highlights and empowers Hispanic/Latinx voices, celebrating individuality and promoting leadership.
Topics for camp include but are not limited to: individuality and personal identity, servant leadership, college readiness, financial literacy, service, and leadership development
