The program uses a highly engaging, active learning approach to develop the strategic skills required for today’s complex business environments.

Participants will build their strategic muscles by applying relevant research and managerial frameworks to real world problems in a variety of engaging learning exercises. The skills they take away can be immediately applied to analyze complex problems, refine existing strategies, or pivot to new approaches through a greater understanding of the iterative solution process.  

This series is held over two weeks and includes four half-day workshops that will immerse you in strategic decision framing theories and discussions, including frameworks and tools to help participants solve problems more effectively within their organizations.
