Pennsylvania Sparky Plates

Thank you for your interest in representing ASU on the road in Pennsylvania! To receive a Sparky Plate, you will need to complete the following steps:

Complete this form from PennDOT and email it directly to ebliman@asuep.org with an indication you are in the process of purchasing a new Sparky plate.

Select either the standard 5-digit plate for $40 or the personalized plate for $176 and proceed to fill out the digital payment system as directed by the system below. (Rates are subject to change in the future and this webpage will be updated accordingly. Rates do not include the cost of vehicular registration, and an automobile must be already be registered in order for a PA resident to request a Sparky plate)

PennDOT's form as well as payment can be accepted physically in circumstances where digital payment is not possible. Please reach out to ebliman@asuep.org for further details.

After receiving both a completed form and payment, we will submit your information to PennDot for processing, and they will follow up with your requested plate.
