Hydration is often overlooked and an under-studied research topic, yet underhydration is linked to chronic diseases like diabetes, kidney dysfunction and cognitive decline. Join ASU Professor Stavros Kavouras as he explores the science of optimal hydration, debunks common myths, and reveals how daily fluid intake impacts long-term health and performance. This evidence-based webinar will challenge conventional wisdom and offer practical insights for researchers, clinicians and health-conscious individuals alike. Attendees can also earn one continuing education unit for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) via the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), and the National Athletic Training Association (NATA) via the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC).
