The 2022 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report provides essential data for decision-makers in the nonprofit community across 50+ nonprofit job positions, as well as findings on employee retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits. This study, compiled every three years, is critical in helping nonprofits make informed decisions on salaries and benefits for dozens of position titles, organized by budget size and organization type (human services, education, arts, etc.). New in 2022 were questions on remote work, flexible schedules, retention and referral bonuses, and more for this era of rapid change.
Qualifying nonprofits that completed the 2022 survey will receive one complimentary user license for digital access to the report. An additional license and printing capabilities can be purchased for $49.
